Marlow, operated by 3 Cubs Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We're based in New South Wales, Australia and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What this covers

This policy covers the Marlow marketing website and its early-access waitlist. It does not cover any separate product or service we may offer in future, which would have its own terms.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• your email address;
• a record that you consented to be emailed, and when;
• the page you signed up from; and
• basic technical information your browser sends (such as your browser's user-agent string and the time of submission).

We don't ask for any other personal information on this site.

Why we collect it

We use your email solely to contact you about Marlow early access and closely related product updates. We rely on the consent you give via the checkbox when you sign up.

How we store and handle it

Your details are stored in a Supabase database hosted in Sydney, Australia. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Access is restricted to us.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this site — for example Supabase (database) and Netlify (hosting). They process limited data on our behalf to provide those services. Some providers may store or process data outside Australia; where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs. We don't share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. After you sign up, a copy of your email is saved in your own browser's local storage so the form remembers you — that stays on your device and we can't read it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe, at any time — just email mac@3cubs.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep what little we hold safe.

If you're concerned about how we've handled your personal information, please email us first so we can put it right. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always live on this page with its effective date.
