What Marlow is

Marlow is an AI front-desk assistant for pet-care businesses, currently in development. This website lets you register interest for early access. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a contract for us to supply the product, or any guarantee that the product will launch, be made available to you, or have any particular features, availability, or price.

No payment

There's no charge to join the waitlist, and we don't collect any payment details on this site.

Your details

You agree that the email address you provide is yours and is accurate. We handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Communications

By joining the waitlist you consent to us emailing you about early access and closely related updates. You can opt out at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this site are owned by 3 Cubs Pty Ltd. "Wagging Tails Pet Care", shown in the demo video and examples, is a fictional business used purely for illustration.

No warranties

This site and the information on it are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
